I was kind of beating myself up a bit feeling that I was not as productive as I was on site even though my days have been filled. I realized when I was speaking with one of my leadership and just discussing the things I did over the past week that I really accomplished a lot. Point is what I am doing is different in some ways but there are pros and cons like everything in life. I’ve learned to take advantage and leverage the pros and try to find ways to mitigate the cons many of which are being discussed here.
